Suzanne born

Suzanne Born, a 1980 graduate of Hamline University School of Law, is the owner of Assisted Reproduction and Adoption Law PLLC and practices adoption and assisted reproduction law exclusively. She is at the forefront of these complex areas, representing the birth mother in the only reported case in Minnesota interpreting the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, completing the first co-parent adoption by a same sex couple, drafting comprehensive third party reproduction agreements, and working with judges to develop procedures for parentage orders. She represents adopting, birth and intended parents, gestational carriers and surrogates. Suzanne has been honored with the Myra Bradwell Award from Minnesota Women Lawyers, the Distinguished Service Award from the Minnesota Justice Foundation, and has been named as a Super Lawyer by the Journal of Law and Politics.
