Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. Licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Texas. Licensed to practice law before the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
