Brooke oliver

Brooke is a successful art, copyright, and trademark law litigator. She is an AV-rated attorney representing many businesses and nonprofits, including the Dolores Huerta Foundation, San Francisco Pride and the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Anime (Anime Expo) as outside general counsel. She has helped numerous companies establish themselves as corporations and LLC's, and aided nonprofits to achieve tax exempt status. She actively instructs other members of the bar, including serving as Co-Chair of the national Visual Arts & Law Conference for ten years, the ABA Intellectual Property Section, and ALI-ABA’s program on Museum Administration. Before law school, she was a labor organizer for ten years, and spent six years as national marketing director for a cable TV multiple system operator. This extensive labor and business experience lends depth to Brooke's legal judgment. She remains a community and civil justice activist, speaks conversational Spanish, and collects art.
